Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to the order status. Orders already shipped and special-occasion products (e.g., Diwali, Holi, Limited Offer collections) are not eligible for cancellation once an order is placed.
Refunds/Replacements: Requests for damaged, incorrect, or defective products must be raised within 12 hours of delivery with supporting images. Taste preferences or dissatisfaction with the product are not eligible for refunds if the product is within its expiry date. If the product is beyond expiry, a valid image of the back of the packaging with the date of expiry and batch number must be shared.

For customers in Hyderabad, orders placed before 1 pm (IST) will be delivered by 7 pm (except for higher shelf-life sweets). For the rest of India, orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched on the same day to your destination.
The delivery timelines for Hyderabad are same-day (subject to order before 1:00 PM), 2-3 days for the rest of India, and 4-6 days for international delivery
Our ingredients are of premium quality. At Almond House, 35 years of experience meet modern techniques. We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) norms for freshness, flavour, and quality. We prioritize your health with stringent kitchen protocols, including UV sterilization of raw materials, daily disinfecting, and hygienic practices that follow WHO guidelines.
Each Almond House product is freshly made, 100% vegetarian, and contains very minimal levels of sugar. Our products are free from preservatives, trans fats, maida, and have zero artificial colours or flavours, and have no palm oil.
The shelf life of our products ranges from 1 day to 90 days, depending on the type of product. Our MAP technology helps sustain freshness for several of our high-shelf-life products.
Yes, Almond House ships products globally to the USA, Canada, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Sweden, Netherlands, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Australia (import fees are not included; you will be charged at delivery as per the local authorities’ policy).
