Rewards — Terms & Conditions
Eligibility & Applicability
- Points are applicable only on purchases made at Almond House – Hyderabad City stores & www.almondhouse.com
- Valid for Dine-in and Takeaway orders & online purchases.
- Not applicable on bulk ordering, GST Billing, or purchases via Zomato, Swiggy, or any third-party aggregator.
- Orders above ₹20,000 are considered bulk orders.
Point Accrual
- Points are accrued 24 hours after a completed transaction.
- Points are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of accrual.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In case of product returns, points accrued will be reversed accordingly.
Redemption
- Reward points on the current transaction are available for redemption after 24 hours.
- Redemption requires correct OTP submission.
- Redemption is subject to availability and program terms.
Tier Status & Review
- Applicable tier is based on purchase frequency and reviewed annually.
- Upgrades and downgrades happen annually based on customer shopping journeys.
Program Management
- The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the loyalty program at its discretion, without prior notice.
- Any misuse or manipulation of the program may lead to disqualification.
